From the centre of Clitheroe, head north on the B6478 (Waddington Road), in the village of Waddington, turn right on to Branch Road outside the Waddington Arms. Proceed on West Bradford Road. After approximately 2.5 miles turn left onto Moor Lane sign-posted Eaves Hall Hotel. Continue on Moor Lane passing the the hotel. At the top of the road, the road bears to the left and Seedalls Farm is on your right after approximately 100m.
