The spacious living accommodation comes complete with quality fixtures and fittings and can sleep 6 people. The fully equipped kitchen has a designer glass table which comfortably seats 6 and matching chairs, plus a useful island with plenty of workspace and storage complete with integrated full sized dishwasher, fridge freezer, combi microwave, washer/drier and 5 ring gas hob to make for easy living, in addition there is a toaster, kettle and second microwave included. The carpeted lounge boasts solid wooden furniture including 3 coffee tables, a log and smoke effect electric fire with matching audio/book storage unit, wall mounted TV point, comfortable 5 seater corner sofa with 2 matching armchairs, all complimented by the coordinated curtains and soft furnishings. Bi fold glass patio doors lead onto the spacious front decking approx 130 sq. feet which is home to a glass patio table, 4 matching chairs and 2 planters

The Leisure Park is best approached by turning on to the A682 at the heart of Gisburn turning left in to Neps Lane and follow the road for approximately 2 miles during which you will pass over a bridge spanning the River Ribble, enter Kiln Lane, proceed through the heart of the village and the park can be located on the left hand side.
