Woodfold Hall was built in the early 19th Century by Henry Sudell; a cotton merchant from Blackburn.
Henry Sudell was declared bankrupt in 1827 and the property was then acquired by Daniel Thwaites founder of the well known local brewery.
Sadly by the middle of the 20th Century the Hall was abandoned and fell into disrepair but was acquired approximately 7 years ago by Riley Developments and converted into luxury apartments.
No.
13 is a complete new build attached to the rear of the hall in a delightful courtyard setting.
Woodfold Hall is surrounded by beautiful open countryside in a Ribble Valley location approximately 3 miles to the west of Blackburn and approximately 7 miles from Preston.
The property is conveniently located for the commuter being within easy access of Manchester and Junction 31 of the M6 motorway.
