From Tosside village - from the village centre travel past the community hall down the hill for approximately 0.7 miles turning right into a single track road (with passing places) for approximately 1.1 miles and the property lies on the right hand side.
From Clitheroe - take the A59 towards Skipton turning left to Sawley village passing the Spread Eagle Hotel on the left and crossing the bridge spanning the River Ribble bearing right to Bolton by Bowland.
